"Dear Dr. Lapuerta, Thank you for coming to speak to our group. You area a real trooper! I do not know many people who could explain anything, much less plastic surgery, amidst babies and cooing women as capably as you did. You obviously have a kind and calm bedside manner. Your presentation was most informative. Your using Barbara's face to show us techniques and potential results made it much easier to understand. We all learned a great deal and I hope it was obvious how interested everyone was.
