"Hi Brandi, I wanted to communicate to the staff and Dr. Lapuerta the awesome experience I have and with my procedure at Plastic Surgery Institute. To begin with the office is attractive and peaceful and the staff is efficient warm and friendly. Dr. Lapuerta is congenial and most helpful. He answered every question or concern I had with knowledge and confidence. He spoke to me in layman's terms that I could easily understand. My experience from the time of the procedure to the healing process as flawless. Even on my last visit Dr. Lapuerta was encouraging and good natured. "I would highly recommend Dr. Lapuerta. He, Brandi and the rest of the team were professional and absolutely the best. After having 3 children, I wanted to get breast implants. I went to a few consultations and choose Dr. Lapuerta. Surgery day I was very nervous and scared because I had never been put under or had any type of surgery the whole staff was very comforting and made me feel at ease. 7 months post-op and I am extremely happy with my results!"
