This patient had breast implants for over 15 years. She was not happy with how the implants settled over time and wanted to explore options for breast revision surgery. She wanted higher breasts that would not bottom out in the future. Her nipple measurements were low and to correct that, Dr. Lapuerta recommended an implant exchange with a breast lift and an internal bra to keep the implants up and high. The internal bra would provide longevity for the implant placement so that over time the implants would not fall. 6 months after her surgery she is thrilled with her breast revision surgery!
