This patient had breast augmentation 10 years ago. She had saline implants that were 250cc. She wanted to increase her breast size to at least a DD cup. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and she proceeded with surgery. She had been happy with saline implants so she decided to stay with saline. She chose a 650cc implant overfilled to 700cc and is very happy with the increase in size.
