This patient was interested in a breast augmentation. She had finished school and as a gift to herself, she decided that she wanted to increase her breast size. She had not had any children so Dr. Lapuerta recommended to insert the implant underneath her breast and place it under her muscle so that she could breast feed in the future. 3 months after surgery, she is very happy with her results and states that she wished she had had surgery sooner.
