This patient was interested in an overall more youthful appearance. She consulted Dr. Lapuerta about a breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and neck lift. This patient has a medical history of multiple sclerosis and 2 c-sections. Dr. Lapuerta recommended a 2 stage procedure; combining the breasts with the neck lift and 4 months later, the tummy tuck.
