This patient originally consulted Dr. Lapuerta about liposuction to her midsection. After examination, Dr. Lapuerta explained that her complaints were due to her loose skin and stretch marks from prior pregnancies. Liposuction would only remove fat and in turn, the tummy tuck would remove skin, tighten her muscles and give her the shape that she desires. She also decided to combine breast augmentation at the same time as her tummy tuck.
