This patient was diagnosed with tubular breasts at an earlier age. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and as a first stage, he recommended using a small implant to stretch the breast skin out. A few years later the patient consulted with Dr. Lapuerta again for a second procedure to exchange her implants to a larger implant. Over the years she became unhappy with the large size and wanted to lift the breasts and decrease her breast size.
