This patient wanted to restore the shape of her breasts after having her daughter. She felt her breasts were too big and were too low. She consulted with several doctors and chose Dr. Lapuerta as her surgeon. He recommended a full breast lift without an implant. He was able to keep her same breast size and only remove skin and lift the nipple and areolar complex. She was a DD cup and she remained a DD cup after surgery. Overall she looks thinner and her breasts are lifted.
