This patient had a breast augmentation many years ago. Over the years her breasts began to fall and overtime just became too big for the patients’ body frame. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta about options to reduce her breast size and raise her nipple position. Dr. Lapuerta recommended to take out her implants, place smaller implants and do a breast lift. We went from a DD cup down to a C cup. He also placed an internal bra to help with support and for long term results. The internal bra hold the implants in place so that over time the implants do not fall. 1 year after surgery and the patient is so happy with her results.
