Breast Lift and Augmentation with Internal Bra
This young patient lost 140 pounds with gastric bypass surgery. She wasn’t happy with the change of her breasts after the weight loss. She wanted to have full perky breasts. Dr. Lapuerta recommended a full breast lift and augmentation with an internal bra to hold her implants up since she had poor skin quality.
