This patient was referred by a friend. She had thought about a breast augmentation for many years and decided to have it done after her child but before her upcoming wedding. She was an A cup and wanted to be at least a DD cup. Dr. Lapuerta recommended a silicone implant and an ultra high profile implant so that she could go as big as she desired without the implants being too wide. She scheduled her surgery right away and is thrilled with her results!
