This patient desired to have a fuller chest area. She was 19 so she was limited to saline implants as the FDA regulations state that patients under the age of 22 can only have saline implants with breast augmentation. Upon examination, the base width of her breasts would allow her to utilize a large implant without looking to big. She chose a 550cc implant to achieve a D cup size.
