This patient was interested in increasing her breast size from a B cup to a D cup. She had been on several consultations with other doctors and decided on Dr. Lapuerta as her surgeon. She chose a silicone implant to have inserted underneath her breast under the muscle so that she may breast feed in the future. 2 years after her surgery, she is considering having an implant exchange to a larger implant.
