Liposuction - 46 Year Old Female

This patient was interested in cosmetic surgery to restore her body to a more youthful shape. She wanted more volume in the buttock area and to make other areas of her body smaller. She had major body liposuction and fat transfer to the buttock for buttock augmentation. 3 months after surgery, she is still experiencing some swelling but is very happy with her results.
