This patient lost a total of 140 pounds after gastric bypass surgery 1 year ago. After losing the weight, she wanted to have all of her excess skin removed. She had been at a stable weight for a couple months so she decided to consult with Dr. Lapuerta. After examination, a 2 stage treatment was recommended. The first procedure was a lower body lift and breast augmentation. 6 months later, we proceeded with the second surgery, an arm lift and inner thigh lift. 1 year after her cosmetic surgery, she is very happy and feels great!
