This patient was interested in an abdominoplasty. She had 3 children and complained of loose skin and a bulging midsection. It was recommended for her to be at a comfortable weight before surgery but she went forward with surgery against recommendation. 6 months after surgery. The patient had lost 65 pounds and maintained a very nice contour. She is very excited and states that this was the best decision she had ever made.
