The breasts have a much improved shape. The nipple position is higher and her breasts are very perky. This picture was taken 3 months after surgery so her scars are still very noticeable. With time they will improve.

This patient had breast implants from several years ago. She wanted to exchange them to smaller implants and also have the breasts lifted. After consulting with Dr. Lapuerta and upon examination, she decided to stay with saline implants and decrease her cup size from a D to C cup.
