This mother of 2 considered having surgery for 5 to 6 years before consulting with Dr. Lapuerta. She wanted to achieve a much more improved, feminine figure. She was trying to decide whether to do a tummy tuck first or the fat transfer. Dr. Lapuerta recommended the fat transfer procedure first so that he could use the fat from the stomach to augment the buttock. She proceeded with surgery and Dr. Lapuerta was able to inject 800 cc of fat into each buttock. 9 months after her procedure, she looks amazing. She is extremely happy with her results and will be back next summer for her tummy tuck.
She has a much improved shape. Her buttocks were very small and now she has some volume. Her waist is brought in and now she has an hourglass contour.The curve from her waist to her buttock is greatly improved. Her buttocks are rounder and she now has volume.
