This patient consulted with Dr. Lapuerta about reshaping her nose. She had some breathing problems but never any trauma to the nose. At her consultation, Dr. Lapuerta recommended to perform a tip graph for more projection and to downsize the nasal base. He also performed a septoplasty to help improve her breathing. After 1 year, the swelling has subsided and she is very satisfied with her results.
