This young patient had a cleft lip and palete. She has 2 other reconstructive surgeries and was not happy with the outcome. Her nose is smaller and the tip it straighter. The base of her nose is smaller as well. She has a more feminine look now. The bridge of her nose is straighter and the tip is higher.
