This patient was retired and wanted to look more youthful. He was very healthy and exercised on a regular basis. His main concern was his neck and he had considered surgery for a few years. He consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and scheduled his surgery right away. At the initial consultation Dr. Lapuerta recommended a full facelift for optimal results to improve the cheek, jowl and neck although the patient's concerns was just the neck. Both Dr. Lapuerta and the patient agreed to proceed with the neck lift to achieve his goals. 3 months after surgery he is very pleased with his results.
In his general appearance, he looks thinner and younger. His profile is much improved and the angle of is neck has more definition. Overall he looks more youthful.
