This patient had been a patient of Dr. Lapuerta for several years. She met with him to discuss chin liposuction. After examination and consultation, he recommended a neck lift with chin liposuction for optimal results. He would first perform liposuction and then tighten neck muscles and put in permanent suture suture along her jawline. 6 months after surgery she looks amazing and is very happy with her results!
