This patient had a breast augmentation many years ago. Over the years her breasts began to fall and overtime just became too big for the patients' body frame. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta about options to reduce her breast size and raise her nipple position. Dr. Lapuerta recommended to take out her implants, place smaller implants and do a breast lift. We went from a DD cup down to a C cup. He also placed an internal bra to help with support and for long term results. The internal bra hold the implants in place so that over time the implants do not fall. 1 year after surgery and the patient is so happy with her results.
Her nipple position is much higher and her breast size is more proportionate to her body frame. Her breasts now have a more natural shape and are better fit for her body type. Her nipple position is also higher and with the implants now behind the muscle, it looks much improved.
