This patient had complained of a hard firm left breast for the last 6 years. Capsular contracture had developed and really caused discomfort for the patient. She wanted smaller implants that better fit her body type. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and he suggested a full breast lift to help the shape and nipple position. She downsized to a 300cc saline implant as they have less chance of capsular contracture. 3 months after her surgery she is very happy with her results.
Her left breast now looks more natural and more symmetrical with the left breast. Her nipple position is higher. Scars are still a little dark but will get better with time. These pictures were taken 3 months after surgery so they are still noticeable.The left breast has a more natural slope and isn't contracted.
