6 months after Breast Implant Exchange with Breast Lift

This patient had an original breast augmentation over 15 years ago. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta about lifting her breasts and reducing her breast size. She had 375 cc saline implants and reduced the size to 250. She went from a DD cup down to a D cup. Dr. Lapuerta also did a breast lift to raise her nipple. 6 months after surgery she is very happy with her results.
