Saline Breast Implant Revision Exchange to Larger Implants

This patient had saline implants for over 30 years. She was very happy with them although she wanted to increase her breasts a whole cup size. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and after examination, he recommended an implant exchange. She had 325 cc implants so he recommended to increase to 500 cc implants. She had been happy with her saline implants so she decided to get saline implants again. She is very happy with the improvement in shape along with increase in volume.
