The patient wanted to increase her cup size. After 2 children, she felt that she had volume loss. She was referred to Dr. Lapuerta by a friend and decided to proceed with surgery. She was a B cup and had some breast tissue to be able to get saline implants. She was tall so a 450cc to 500cc implant would make her a nice D cup and look proportionate to her body size and shape. 3 months after surgery she looks amazing and is so happy with her results. Taking a break from working out for 6 weeks was well worth it!
Her breasts are very even and very natural. They fit perfectly with her body shape and type. She went from a B cup to a full D cup.Her breasts are full and have a nice shape. They fall naturally.
