This patient wanted to add more volume to her breasts. She had always been an A cup and wanted to increase her breast size to a B cup. Since her surgery, she has had 2 children. After breast feeding she is considering a second surgery to go with a larger implant. After meeting with Dr. Lapuerta and discussing her options, she is going to exchange her implants to silicone and increase the breast size to a full C cup.
