This patient was interested a breast augmentation. She knew that she wanted a small implant and to only increase her cup size to a B cup. After examination, her left breast was slightly larger than the right. Dr. Lapuerta recommended saline implants so at the time of surgery, the implants could be filled to different amounts. 3 months after surgery, the patient states that she is very happy with her results.
