This young patient had always had 2 different size breasts. She was an A cup on one side and a B cup on the other. When she became of age to have surgery, she consulted with Dr. Lapuerta. He recommended saline breast augmentation so that he could adjust the implant size to correct her asymmetry. She is so thrilled with her results. She can now wear tight fitting shirts and dresses that she couldn't before. This was the best decision she had ever made.
