This mother of 4 was done having children and wanted to make her breasts bigger. After breast feeding all 4 children, she felt her breasts were not what they were before childbirth. Very natural fuller look. Her right breast is smaller so he used a bigger implant to make them more symmetrical. These pictures were taken 3 months after surgery so her right breast is still a little higher and will come down over time.Her breasts have more projection now. Very natural look.
