This patient wanted to improve the shape of her entire body to look and feel more feminine. She had a previous tummy tuck several years ago and consulted with Dr. Lapuerta about a fat transfer to enhance her buttocks. After examination, he thought she was a wonderful patient for this procedure and she decided to proceed. She states that she was very nervous about the procedure but now 4 months later is ecstatic about her results!
She definitely has more volume in her buttock after the fat transfer. The rolls on her back are almost gone as well. This picture was taken 3 months after her surgery.The buttocks have more projection and her stomach is flat.
