This young patient was interested in improving the shape of her arms. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and after examination he recommended a modified brachioplasty. She was young and her skin was in good condition without any stretch marks. He recommended to contour the arms with liposuction and to take out a wedge of skin in the underarm to lift the arm. 3 months after surgery her scar is still pink but will take time to fade. She is very happy and is excited to see the final results.

Her arm has a much improved shape. She was a great candidate for this modified brachioplasty. Liposuction with skin excision was the best treatment for her without having to have a long scar down her upper arm.
