This patient wanted to increase her buttock size and shape it to a more feminine shape. She wanted to reduce her waist size and increase her back side. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and he recommended a 2 stage procedure. First, he would do liposuction with fat transfer to the buttock and then a full tummy tuck procedure.
