This patient had a gastric sleeve in 2012. She lost over 40 pounds and had been stable for 1 year following her weight loss surgery. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and decided to proceed with surgery right away. The loose skin on her abdomen caused her problems and she was ready to live her new life after her weight loss surgery. Dr. Lapuerta recommended a full tummy tuck and liposuction to her back for optimal results. During the surgery, he was able to remove 11.5 pounds of abdominal tissue and almost 5 full liters of fat from her back. 9 months after her surgery, she is amazed with her results and her new lift. She has since lost 20+ pounds since her tummy tuck.
