This patient had lost 115 pounds with a gastric sleeve surgery. She lost the weight over the course of 3 years and her weight stabilized for 1 year. She consulted with several doctors and chose Dr. Lapuerta as her surgeon. She wanted to address her breasts, abdomen, back, arms and thighs. After meeting with Dr. Lapuerta, it was agreed to stage the procedures. The first surgery would be a lower body lift to target her mid-section, back and outter thighs. She combined this with her breast surgery; breast lift with implant and internal bra for support. 6 months after her surgery she looks amazing and has already planned her second procedure; arms and inner thighs.
