This patient had gastric bypass surgery and lost 220 pounds. She was unhappy with her loose skin and stretch marks from the weight loss. Once she had reached a stable weight, she consulted with Dr. Lapuerta about body contouring. Dr. Lapuerta recommended a 2 stage procedure with the first stage being a breast augmentation with lift and a lower body lift.
