This young patient had breast augmentation several years ago. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta because she was unhappy with the placement of her implants over the years. She wanted upper pole fullness with cleavage and to increase her cup size. Dr. Lapuerta recommended a high profile silicone implant with the placement of SERI surgical scaffold. The SERI would hold her implants in position without them falling and bottoming out over the years. 3 months after surgery, she is extremely happy with her results and placement of her implants.
