Her left breast now looks more natural and more symmetrical with the left breast. Her nipple position is higher. Scars are still a little dark but will get better with time. These pictures were taken 3 months after surgery so they are still noticeable.

This patient had complained of a hard firm left breast for the last 6 years. Capsular contracture had developed and really caused discomfort for the patient. She wanted smaller implants that better fit her body type. She consulted with Dr. Lapuerta and he suggested a full breast lift to help the shape and nipple position. She downsized to a 300cc saline implant as they have less chance of capsular contracture. 3 months after her surgery she is very happy with her results.
