This young patient consulted with Dr. Lapuerta about a breast implant exchange. She has saline implants placed 12 years ago when silicone was not an option. She wanted to increase her cup size and change her implants to silicone so they would feel more natural. She has some slight scar tissue development on the right breast that Dr. Lapuerta corrected at the time. 2 months after surgery, she is very happy with her results and has referred several people to the office as well.
