This young patient had severe asymmetry of her breasts since puberty. The right breast never developed as the left breast did. Throughout school, she was very self-consious of this so she decide before college to consult with Dr. Lapuerta to go over her options. After examination, he recommended a 2 stage surgery. The first would consist of a tissue expander placement to stretch out the right breast to be able to hold a breast implant. Then the second procedure would be a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants. She decided to proceed with surgery and is extremely happy with her results and the care that Dr. Lapuerta provided her.
