This patient went from a C to B cup utilizing a silicone implant under the muscle. She had a breast augmentation several years ago. Over the years the patient had lost some weight and felt her breasts were too big. She traveled to meet with Dr. Lapuerta and decided to proceed with surgery. Dr. Lapuerta suggested an implant exchange with a full breast lift and placement of strattice.
