This young patient had not had any children yet. She considered breast augmentation surgery for a few years. She wanted to increase her breast size. After meeting with Dr. Lapuerta and trying on implants, she decided to go with a saline implant 450cc over filled to 500cc. 6 months after surgery she is happy!
