This patient wanted to improve her body shape and make her buttock bigger. She had a previous tummy tuck so there was limited fat to use on the abdomen. He was able to lipo her stomach, back, and waist and then use the fat to augment the buttock. He was able to transfer 750ccs of fat into each buttock. 5 years after surgery she looks fantastic and is thrilled with her results.
