She considered plastic surgery for several months before deciding to proceed with surgery. She wanted to improve the shape of her entire body to look more feminine. Dr. Lapuerta took fat from her stomach, back and waist and used it to enhance the buttocks. She did not want her buttocks to be very big but to have better shape and look better in clothes.
