Breast Implant Removal with Breast Lift
This patient came to see Dr. Lapuerta about improving her abdomen and breasts. She had breast implants from 25 years ago that developed into capsular contracture. They were painful and caused her neck and back pain. She felt they were too big and wanted to have them removed and do a breast lift. She also had loose skin on her abdomen along with stretch marks that she wanted to address as well. She had a hernia and while having that corrected, Dr. Lapuerta suggested to do a tummy tuck at the same time. 3 months after surgery, she has lost several pounds and is very happy with her results!
