This patient is a single female who has been thinking about a breast augmentation for several years. She wanted to increase her breast size while maintaining a natural look. She has not had children yet but has plans for the children in the future. Her breast tissue was sufficient enough to allow the patient to choose saline or silicone implants for her augmentation. Dr. Lapuerta recommended a subpectoral approach so she would be able to breast feed in the future.
